Toasted Country grain bread spreaded with homemade garlic spread,
sauteed diced mushrooms and tomatoes with lemon zest


Soup

Cream of Mushroom
Mushroom and potato blend with a creamy texture, garnished with peppercorns


Main course

Bacon and Mushroom Aglio
Linguini pan fried in olive oil, garlic, chilli, back bacon and swiss brown mushrooms


Dessert

Vanilla Waffle with Apple syrup
A scoop of vanilla ice cream on top a warm waffle, laced with homemade apple syrup and cinammon
